Upgrade Tutorial for BookCabin bookings while logged in:

Open the BookCabin app or website and go to “Bookings”.

Select the flight booking you want to upgrade.

On the booking details page, scroll down and select “Upgrade to Business Class”.

Select the passenger for upgrade. If eligible, the upgrade will be automatically free.

Fill in the contact details and click “Continue”.

Check your email to confirm your upgrade.

Upgrade Tutorial for bookings outside BookCabin
or not logged in

Open the BookCabin app or website and go to “Bookings”.

Click the “+” or “Add Ticket” button, then enter your booking details.

On the booking details page, scroll down and select “Upgrade to Business Class”.

Select the passenger to be upgraaded.

Fill in the contact details and click “Continue”, then complete the payment.

Check your email to confirm your upgrade.

Terms and Conditions

  • Last Minute Upgrade is only available before check in.
  • Last Minute Upgrade is available from 2 hours up to 1 hour before departure.
  • Last Minute Upgrade is available based on Business Class seat availability.
  • Last Minute Upgrade is only applicable for Batik Air Indonesia flights.
  • Free Last Minute Upgrade applies to passengers who are logged in as CabinClub members, book via the BookCabin app or website, and are listed as one of the passengers.
  • Passengers who upgrade without booking via BookCabin or who did not log in at the time of purchase will be charged starting from IDR 300K, depending on route and flight duration.
  • Passengers with Last Minute Upgrade will not receive welcome drink, business meal, blanket, extra baggage, or lounge access.
  • Tickets that have been successfully processed for Last Minute Upgrade are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • In case of an irregular delay exceeding 4 hours, the Last Minute Upgrade fee can be refunded.
  • If Last Minute Upgrade is done partially within the same PNR, upgraded passengers will receive a new PNR. The new PNR details will be sent to the booking email address. Upgraded passengers must use the new PNR for check in, while others who are not upgraded will use the original PNR.
  • Last Minute Upgrade is only available via the BookCabin app or website and is not available at the airport.
  • Terms and conditions may change at any time in accordance with applicable policies.
